How do I order? 

  1. Select the number of people/pets
  2. Select the background 
  3. Upload photos to assist our designer in creating the perfect illustration for you.

    You will be required to upload at least 1 photo (up to 4). We recommend at least one good quality front facing photo with the people you want the illustration of. We would also advise uploading extra photos that you think would assist the designer, especially with the customizations. Refer to #4 to see available customizations.
  4. Provide a description for the following customization portions. See the picture for more details.Instructions
  5. If you have requested and paid for a custom background please provide us with any extra photos that you think could be beneficial for our artist to create the background and a detailed description of what you require.
  6. Choose any additional add-ons

What does this include?

All Personalized portraits include an illustration based on the details you provide (photo & text description). 

  • 1x High Quality Digital Copy of your personalized illustration
  • Any additional optional add-ons you have chosen (See 'Addon info' for more information)

How long does it take?

Work generally starts within 1 business day and the design process can take up to 7 business days. Please note during peak season this may be up to 3 business days and up to 12 business days for the design process. (The timing is dependent on your feedback as well)

Once the design has been finalized. You will be sent a digital copy and your addons will be processed and shipped. These take around 14 business days to arrive at your delivery address after the design has been finalized depending on the product. Please refer to the 'Addon Info' tab for more product specific information and shipping time frames. 

What if I don't like it?

We endeavor for 100% customer satisfaction and we will try our best to accommodate your requests, as such we allow for a number of revisions. We will send you a draft copy of your design so that you may offer your opinion for any revisions before we send you the final copy.  

Please note that the illustration is not supposed to be a 100% replica but an impression based on the design. As such you should refer to the product images and product description to get an idea of what we are offering before making a purchase. We also recommend that you read the 'How to Order' tab to get an idea of the level of customization you can get from the design.

We will work with you to get a design that you are happy with. However we reserve the right to deny additional revisions if we feel that your requests have become unreasonable and we are unable to meet your criteria. We offer full refunds for any design that has not been started and offer partial refunds for the illustrations once work has started but please refer to our Refund Policy tab for full details about our policy.

These high-quality printed puzzles are produced through a technique that provides ultimate image clarity and vibrancy through dye sublimation. They come in two sizes 120 pieces (11x8") and 315 pieces (18x12")

An enhanced poster whose museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper will give your design a polished look. What's more, it's already framed, and ready to adorn any room you wish. Made of Alder, semi-hardwood frame from renewable forests with a .75” thick frame and acrylite front protector with hanging hardware included. The frame print is available in black and white and two sizes 8x10" and 12x16".

Canvas

The canvas is designed to meet art galleries' and museum's longevity requirements and ensure consistency of shades for years. The printing process is Giclee with Pigment Ink on a Premium Fine Art Matte Canvas 410g/m2. The canvas is made with lightweight and premium grade 1.5" thickwood and comes with felt pads for wall protection and wire for easy hanging. It comes in two sizes 12x16" and 16x20".

You are entitled to a full refund so long as work has not begun on your design. We offer partials refund depending on the amount of work that has been completed.

  • Work has begun but have not reached the draft stage where a draft copy has been sent to you - 85% Refund
  • Passed the draft stage but no revision work has begun based on your feedback - 50% Refund
  • Passed the draft stage and work has begun on the revisions based on your feedback - No Refund

Add-ons are eligible for full refunds so long as they have not been printed or shipped out. As these are personalized products once they have been printed or shipped they will no longer be eligible for refunds.
