Design & Build Quality

The Anne Pro 2 has a polished and minimalist design. The white backing on the keyboard also further enhances the RGB lighting giving a further sleekness to the keyboards cool design.

Portability seems to have been a top consideration when Obins was designing this keyboard. The keyboard has the dimensions 97*284*40mm and only weights 635g. It also has a solid build which doesn't flex easily, so you don't need to worry about whether the keyboard ends up broken when moving about.

The keyboard also comes with PBT keycaps and whilst the quality was not as good as some other PBT keycaps, given the price point of the keyboard I found this acceptable. In contrast the keycap stabilizer on the other hand was amazing and top quality.

    Customization & Software

The software Obinskit supplied with the keyboard allows for following to be customised:

    • Each key's RBG backlit
    • Custom RGB animations
    • Keyboard layout
    • Key remapping
    • Tap layout
    • Macro

The software was generally easy enough to figure out given the level of customization.

    Performance

In wired usb mode the keyboard performs incredibly well for general typing and gaming. Bluetooth was fine for general typing. However when gaming, there are times when it feels laggy. I'm unsure whether this was because of the bluetooth lag or because the keyboard does not support full NKRO in bluetooth mode, but for most casual gamers this would unlikely be a problem. If you are a hardcore gamer just plug the cable in.

    Overall

If you are on a budget this is one of the best 60% mechanical gaming keyboards out there, if not the best. It's packed full of features and you are unlikely to be disappointed. You should definitely give this keyboard a go if you're on the market for a new keyboard or an upgrade.
